We reserve the right to decline any order, including those with incomplete information, suspected fraud, or violation of these terms.
Standard Delivery: We aim to ship next business day for orders placed before 2 PM GMT. Standard UK delivery takes 3-5 business days; international orders take 7-14 business days.
Risk of Loss: Once your order ships and you receive a tracking number, risk of loss passes to you. We recommend insuring high-value orders. We are not responsible for losses, delays, or damage after handover to the carrier.
Delivery Address: It is your responsibility to provide a correct, complete delivery address. We are not liable for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by you.
Refer to our Returns Policy for full details. In summary: returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt, items must be unworn and in original packaging, and a prepaid return label will be provided. Refunds process within 5-7 business days of receipt and verification.
Returning items is at your option; however, items not returned within 60 days may not be refundable.
