Standard UK delivery takes 3-5 business days. We ship next business day for orders placed before 2 PM GMT. International orders (EU, US, rest of world) take 7-14 business days depending on destination.

Yes, we ship to over 100 countries. Duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility where applicable. We'll provide tracking via Royal Mail International Services.
Absolutely. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Card payments are handled by Stripe on a secure checkout page, so your card details never touch our servers. You can also reserve an order by emailing hello@megacaps.co.uk while payment goes live, and we'll hold your caps and confirm by reply.
We offer a 30-day returns window from the date you receive your order. Caps must be unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging to qualify for a full refund. Please see our full returns policy for details.
Email us at hello@megacaps.co.uk with your order number and reason. We'll send you a prepaid Royal Mail returns label. Once we receive and verify your return, your refund will process within 5-7 business days.
Yes. If you want a different size or colour, we can arrange an exchange for free within 30 days of purchase, provided the original cap is unworn. Contact us at hello@megacaps.co.uk to arrange.
All our caps feature an adjustable snapback closure, so one size fits most adults (head circumference 54-62 cm). If you're unsure, open the size guide link on any product card for detailed measurements and international size conversions.
Not currently, but kids can often wear our adjustable caps with the snapback pulled tight. If you have a very young child, contact us at hello@megacaps.co.uk. We're planning youth sizes soon.
Yes. Fit is covered under our 30-day returns policy. If the cap doesn't fit after adjusting the snapback, it qualifies for a free exchange or refund. Contact us at hello@megacaps.co.uk.
Use a soft measuring tape and wrap it around your head at the widest point, just above your ears. This gives your head circumference in centimetres. Match it against the size guide on any product card to find the right fit.
Hand wash only: use warm water and mild detergent. Gently scrub with a soft-bristle brush, then rinse thoroughly with cool water. Never use a washing machine or tumble dryer, as this will damage the embroidery and shape.
Air dry only. Remove excess water by gently squeezing (don't wring). Place on a clean cloth or hat stand to dry naturally. Avoid direct sunlight, heat sources, and the tumble dryer. The cap will retain its shape and colour better this way.
Our 3D embroidery is designed to last. With proper care (hand wash, air dry), your cap will maintain its appearance for years. The metallic gold details on our Navy and Black & Gold editions may develop a natural patina, and many customers love this aged look.
Absolutely. While still damp from cleaning, gently curve or shape the brim as you prefer. Our structured cotton twill is forgiving and will hold the shape once dry. This is one of the perks of a quality cap.
